20 secs on 10 secs off x 8
All exercises are 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest. So exercise 1 x 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest then exercise 2 x 20 seconds and repeat 4 times.
With a stretch to start and little rest in between between sets, this will take about 50 mins.

1) High knees - Press ups
2) Star Jumps - Sit ups
3) Squats - Leg Raises
4) High knees punch out - Wide Press ups
5) Squat Thrusts - The Plank
6) Lunges - Russian Twists
7) Jump Squats - Mountain climbers
8) Burpees
9) The Plank
